HOW TO COOK VEGETABLE AND PEAR SANDWICHES

Ingredients
Pear chopped - 2 Nos
Cucumber chopped – 1 No (small)
Carrot,grated – 2 Nos
Tomato ketchup – 1 Table spoon
Chilli Sauce – ½ Tea spoon
Mayonnaise (Vegetarian) 1 Table spoon
Bread Slices – 12 Nos
Butter – 100 grams

Cooking Method
1.Apply butter on one side of the bread slices.
2. Combine pears,cucumber,carrot,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce & mayuonniase in a bowl,mix well.
3. Spread above mixture on the six bread slices,sandwich remaining six slices. Remove crusts. Cut them in desired shape.
4. Serve with tea or coffee.

1.Boil carrots I some salted water drain and keep aside,add boiled peas and cabbage.
2. Melt butter in a pan and fry onion.  Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.  Add flour and mix well.
3. Gradually,add water and milk stirring all the time. Cook on medium fire till thick and smooth, stir constantly.
4. Add salt,pepper and paneer.
5. Add boiled vegetables into the soup.
6. Serve Hot.

Milk – 4 Cusp
Sugar – 5 Tea spoons
Gram flour – 2 Tea spoons
Almonds,soaked – 5 Nos
Cashew nuts bits – 10 Nos
Pistachio – 10 Nos
Ghee – 2 Tea Spoon
Green Cardamom – 2 Nos

Cooking Method
Blanch the almonds and grind on a slab.

Heat the ghee in a pan,add gram flour,roast for two minutes,add almonds,milk,sugar and cardamom,boil for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.

Add cashew nuts and pista chio boil for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from fire.

Serve hot.


HOW TO MAKE GRAM FLOUR MILK WITH NUTS

Milk – 4 Cusp

Gram flour – 2 Tea spoons
Almonds,soaked – 5 Nos
Cashew nuts bits – 10 Nos
Pistachio – 10 Nos
Ghee – 2 Tea Spoon
Green Cardamom – 2 Nos

Cooking Method
Blanch the almonds and grind on a slab.

Heat the ghee in a pan,add gram flour,roast for two minutes,add almonds,milk,sugar and cardamom,boil for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.

Add cashew nuts and pista chio boil for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from fire.

Serve hot.

Aniseeds – 2 Tea Spoons
Poppy seeds – 2 Tea spoons
Almonds – 2 Nos
Green cardamom – 1 No
Ghee – 1 Table Spoon
Black pepper Powder – ¼ Tea spoons

Cooking Method
1.Soak aniseeds,poppy seeds and almonds over night.
2.Next morning drain the water and peel the almonds.
3.Grind the poppy seeds,Aniseeds and alomonds with little milk in the mixer.
4.heat ghee in a pan,fry ground masala for two minutes add milk,sugar,green cardamom powder,bloack pepeer powder.  Boil for 5-10 minutes on medium fire.
5. Remove from fire and serve hot.

4.Fill in the clean and sterilized bottles.
5. Serve Chlled,add enough water.
