HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE SOUP
Ingredients
Mixed vegetables – 300
Grams
(peas,shelled,cauliflower,chopped
& Cabbage,Chopped etc.)
Butter – 1 Table spoon
Maida - 1 Table spoon
Onion,finally chopped –
1 No
Salt – 1 Tea spoon
White Pepper Powder – ¼
Tea Spoon
Milk – 100 Grams
Cream Fresh – ¼ Cup
Nutmeg – 1 Dash
Cardamom powder – ¼ Tea
spoon
Sugar – 1 Tea Spoon
Water – 400 ml
Ginger,chopped – 1.5”
piece
Garlic crushed – 3-4
cloves
Cooking Method
1.Boil vegetables with
onion,ginger garlic water and milk in a pressure cooker till vegetables are
tender.
2. Take out some boiled
peas and keep aside.
3. Liquidse the
vegetables and pass through a sieve.
4. Heat butter in a pan
add maida roast till light brown,add vegetables
mixture,salt,pepper,nutmeg,cardamom and sugar,cook for 5-10 minutes remove from
fire.
5. Add some boiled peas
in each soup bowls.
6. Put hot soup in each
soup bowls.
7. Add little cream on
the top.
8. Serve hot.
