HOW TO MAKE CREAM OF
TOMATO SOUP
Ingredients
Tomatoes,ripe,chopped –
250 Grams
Onion,finally chopped –
1 No
Garlic,Crushed – 3
Cloves
Ginger chopped – 1 piece
Corn floor – 1 table
spoon
Butter – 1 Table spoon
Sugar – 1 Table spoon
White pepper powder – ¼
Tea spoon
Salt – 1 Tea spoon
Bread croutons – ½ cup
Red orange
colour(optional) – ½ pinch
Water – 600 ml
Milk cream,fresh – 50
Grams
Cooking Method
1.Cook
tomatoes,onion,garlic and ginger in the pressure cooker till tomatoes are soft.
2.Remove from fire,when
slightly cool mash well and pass through a sieve.
3.Melt butter in a pan
add corn flour and roast till golden brown add tomato mixture,sugar,pepper
powder,salt and colour,cook for 10 minutues on medium fire.
4.Roast bread croutons.
5.Put few bread croutons
I the each soup bowl,pour hot soup on it.
6. Add little cream on
the top.
7. Serve hot.
