HOW TO MAKE PANEER SOUP
Ingredients
Paneer,grated – 1 Cup
Peas,shelled and boiled
– 50 Grams
Cabbage finally
chopped,boiled – 50 Grams
Carrots,grated – 50 Grams
Onion,finally chopped –
1No
Butter – 2 Table spoons
Wheat Flour – 4 Table
spoons
Milk – 2 cups
Water – 2 cups
Salt – 2 Tea spoons
White Pepper Powder – ½
Tea spoon
Cooking Method
1.Boil carrots I some
salted water drain and keep aside,add boiled peas and cabbage.
2. Melt butter in a pan
and fry onion. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Add flour and mix
well.
3. Gradually,add water
and milk stirring all the time. Cook on medium fire till thick and smooth, stir
constantly.
4. Add salt,pepper and
paneer.
5. Add boiled vegetables
into the soup.
6. Serve Hot.

5.Put few bread croutons
I the each soup bowl,pour hot soup on it.
6. Add little cream on
the top.
