HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE JUICE
Ingredients
Pineapple ripe – 1 No
Sugar – 150 to 200 Grams
Black Rock Salt – 1
Pinch
Salt – 1 Pinch
White Pepper Powder – 1
Pinch
Water – 2 ½ Cup
Ice Cubes as desired
Pine Apple Slices for
decoration
Cooking Method
1.Peel pineapple,cut
into small pieces,kep aside 4 slices for decoration.
2.Combine pineapple
pieces,sugar and churn in the mixie. Add water.Make a little thick jucie
and strain.
3.Add salt,black
pepper,black salt.
4.Pour the juice into
glasses,add ice cubes,decorate with pineapple slices in the side of the
glasses.
5.Serve chilled.
