HOW TO COOK VEGETABLE AND PEAR SANDWICHES

Ingredients
Pear chopped - 2 Nos
Cucumber chopped – 1 No (small)
Carrot,grated – 2 Nos
Tomato ketchup – 1 Table spoon
Chilli Sauce – ½ Tea spoon
Mayonnaise (Vegetarian) 1 Table spoon
Bread Slices – 12 Nos
Butter – 100 grams

Cooking Method
1.Apply butter on one side of the bread slices.
2. Combine pears,cucumber,carrot,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce & mayuonniase in a bowl,mix well.
3. Spread above mixture on the six bread slices,sandwich remaining six slices. Remove crusts. Cut them in desired shape.
4. Serve with tea or coffee.

Spread cooked masala on each 5 slices.  Sandwich with remaining five slices.

3. Remove crusts from sandwiches.  Keep in the oven on 160 C for 5 minutes.  Remove from oven.
4. Cut into triangle shape.

5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
