HOW TO MAKE CREAM OF CORN
SOUP
Ingredients
Whole Corns – 2 Table
spoons
Corns,grated – ½ Cup
Butter – 1 Table spoon
Salt – 1 Tea spoon
Sugar – 1 Tea Spoon
White Pepper Powder – ¼
Tea spoon
Milk – 1 Cup
Water – 2 Cups
Milk cream fresh – 50
grams
Corn flour – 1 Table
spoon
Cooking Method
1.Cook whole corns &
grated corn in a pressure cooked till tender
2. Take out whole corns
and keep aside
3. Melt butter in a pan
add corn flour,roast till golden brown. Add milk,cooked
corns(grated),salt,sugar and pepper,cook for 5-7 minutes on medium fire.
4. Add few whole corns
in each serving.
5. Pour steaming hot
soup in each soup bowls.
6. Top each serving with
one teaspoon cream.
7. Serve Hot with soya
sauce and chilli sauce.

5.Put few bread croutons
I the each soup bowl,pour hot soup on it.
6. Add little cream on
the top.
7. Serve hot.
