SANDWICHES
Ingredients
Cucumber – 1 No
Tomatoes,ripe – 2 Nos
Butter – 4 Table spoons
Salt – 1 Tea spoon
Black Pepper Powder – ½
Tea spoon
Bread Slices – 8 Nos
For Green Chutney
1. Coriander leaves,chopped – 2 Table spoons
2. Mint Leaves chopped – 1 Table spoons
3. Green chilies,chopped – 8-10 Nos
4. Salt – 1 Tea spoon
5. Cummn seeds – ¼ Tea spoon
6. Water – ¼ cup
Cooking Method
1.Peel cucumber,slice
thinly, slice tomatoes.
2. Mix all ingredients
of Green chutney and grind in the mixer.
3. Apply butter on all
the slices of bread, then apply green chutney on it.
4. Arrange the cucumber
slices and tomato slices on the four bread slices. Sandwich with remaining four
slices. Pres gently.
5. Remove crusts from
sandwiches and cut them into desire shapes.
6. Serve with tea or
coffee.
