HOW TO MAKE RICH HEALTHY
MILK
Ingredients
Milk – 3 Cusp
Ghee – 1 Tea spoon
Sugar – 4 Tea spoon
White Pepper Powder – ¼
Tea Spoon
Dry Ginger(Powder) – ¼
Tea Spoon
Saffron – ½ Pinch
Almond Soaked(Overnight)
– 3 Nos
Green cardamom seeds – 1
Pinch
Cooking Method
1.Peel almonds and grind
the almonds with little milk in the mixie.
2.Heat ghee in a pan and
dry ginger powder,white pepeer powder,Green cardamom and fry for a shile add
milk,ground almonds,saffron,and sugar,boil for a few minutes.
3.Pour in the glasses
and serve hot.
.
Serve chilled, add
enough water.
