HOW TO MAKE ROSE SYRUP
Ingredients
Sugar - 1000Grams
Water – 450ml.
Rose Essence – 1 tea
spoon
Citric Acid – 4 Grams
Rose Pink colour – Few
drops
Cooking Method
Combine water,sugar and
citric acid in a pan and boil till sugar dissolves. Remove from fire,pass
through a sieve.
Make one thread
consistency syrup.
Let it cool. Add
essence and colour.
Fill in the cleaned and
sterilized bottles.
Serve chilled, add
enough water.
